Updating company documents and euro amounts according to the legal form. Sole traders (ET) are outside the scope of this change.

Requirements and documents

The process starts by identifying the legal form and checking the current company documents. A single conversion model does not apply to every company.

Scope by legal form

  • EOOD and OOD: instrument of incorporation or articles of association, capital and ownership interests.
  • AD, EAD and KDA: articles of association, share nominal value and number, share classes and shareholder rights.
  • DPK: company agreement and current internal records of capital and ownership.
  • SD and KD: partnership agreement, agreed monetary contributions and partners’ rights.
  • ET: sole traders are outside the scope of this change.

Inactive companies: the current documents and applicable changes are checked according to the legal form.

What you receive

Where applicable: a comparison of amounts, an updated company document, the required resolutions, declarations and power of attorney for the specific case, and filing instructions for the authorised applicant or lawyer. Complwise does not file documents.

Development status: the Commercial Register connection is pending. Questionnaires for the additional legal forms are available, while final document templates are being completed. Live orders and payments are not yet accepted.

For: Employers seeking to prepare for upcoming pay transparency and equal pay requirements.

Assess your company’s readiness for pay transparency and equal pay.

  • Data and employer size: Workforce size, data quality and aggregated comparisons by gender without exposing individual pay.
  • Internal rules and information: Readiness of procedures, remuneration rules, responsibilities and information processes.

Directive (EU) 2023/970 sets reporting from 7 June 2027 annually for 250+ workers; from 7 June 2027 every three years for 150–249; and from 7 June 2031 every three years for 100–149.
