Do I need an account to explore the services?
No. Pages, prices, descriptions and calculators are public. Document services are designed to work without account registration. The newsletter has a separate subscription process.
Can I make a real payment now?
Card payment is offered only for available services. Services marked “In preparation” do not accept orders or payments. Check the status of your selected service.
How do I choose a service?
Review the scope, who it is for and the documents on the service page. For a new business, begin with “Starting a business”. Not every service applies to every company.
Are company details retrieved from the Commercial Register?
The Commercial Register connection is in preparation. Automatic retrieval will be available once the integration is activated and will be indicated for the relevant service.
Will I receive every document listed?
The package depends on the service and questionnaire answers. The list shows possible documents, not mandatory contents for every case.
Which sources are monitored automatically?
The current official section of the Bulgarian State Gazette and the daily L-series view of the Official Journal of the EU. This is not a complete archive or automatic monitoring of every institution.
What is the role of the other institutional sources?
They are included in the catalogue for manual review, without an active automated integration. Each source is labelled accordingly on the Sources page.
When is a change “verified”?
After human review and approval. Automatically detected material starts as a draft and is not automatically published as verified.
Do you monitor all municipal ordinances?
No. The module allows a municipal source to be added, but the current list contains no specific included municipal website. We do not claim full municipal coverage.
Does every change create a task or alert?
No. The material and applicability must first be reviewed. Monitoring itself does not automatically create new obligations or send company alerts.
What is the regulatory newsletter?
A curated weekly email with changes and analysis in Bulgarian or English. The published price is €19 per month per company including VAT. Launch is in preparation and payments are not yet active.
Does the information replace an individual legal review?
The pages support orientation and preparation. For a specific case, applicability, facts and documents need an individual review.
