Two ways to work together

Document review

The client orders an additional legal review of a package generated through the platform. After payment, the documents are sent to a lawyer with relevant expertise and to the client.

The lawyer checks applicability and content, clarifies missing information and edits where needed, then sends the reviewed documents and brief guidance directly to the client.

Timeframe: 3–5 working days after receipt of the complete package and necessary information.

Quick online consultation

The client describes their question and chooses a lawyer based on expertise and profile. After successful payment, a button enables contact with the selected lawyer through Viber.

The consultation provides a preliminary assessment of the specific matter and guidance on next steps. It does not include document drafting, legal representation or taking legal action.

Response: within 24 hours. Availability and scope are agreed with the lawyer before the service launches.

Clear responsibilities

Complwise

  • Presents the services and your professional profile.
  • Organises ordering, payment and the transfer of requests and documents.
  • Prepares monthly records of completed services.

The lawyer

  • Handles matters within their expertise and agreed timeframes.
  • Reviews documents or advises, communicates with the client and delivers the result.
  • Issues an invoice for the remuneration due.

Agreement and monthly payment

The partnership is governed by a legal services agreement. Scope, timeframes, remuneration and assignment terms are agreed individually and recorded in the agreement.

  1. We summarise the reviews and consultations completed during the month.
  2. The lawyer issues an invoice in accordance with the agreement.
  3. Complwise pays remuneration once a month against the issued invoice.

The payment date and VAT treatment are specified in the agreement. No particular volume of orders is guaranteed.

How to join

We are onboarding lawyers in stages. To start a conversation, send us a short professional biography, practice areas and availability for reviews and online consultations.

After agreeing the terms and signing an agreement, we prepare your profile with a photo, biography and practice areas, confirm your Viber contact and check the process before assignments begin.
